========================================================Ok let Begin!!!
Open template x out the blog link copyright layer
click on the inner grey circle part of the template go the Selections Select all / Float
Open a paper of ur choice I used Paper 4
Selections invert click back on the Paper layer and hit delete on your key board
then un select ( Selections : Select none. )
add a new raster layer (Layers New Raster)
Move to the bottom and flood fill it with White
Open another paper of ur choice I used Paper 9
Copy and paste it above your White background
Arrange to where you want it
Open a mask of your Choice or you can use this one i used HERE right click on it
and save it to your computer Click on your background paper Layer got to
Layers / New mask layer from Image with the following settings click ok
add a tube of your choice Duplicate it
x out one of the tubed layers
On your 1st tubed layers move it so a section of your choice is more or
less filling the inner circle
and move it just above that layer as well
Change the Blend Mode to Burn
Now un hide your other tubed Layer click on it and resize it and position it
and Duplicate
ok click on the the inner circle layer again
Selections Select all / Float
Click back on your TOP tubed Layer
Selections invert and hit delete on your key board
then un select ( Selections : Select none. )

Merge both tubes together and add a drop shadow
Ok now add any elements from the beautiful kit
I added : - Word art ( add a drop shadow )
BVS beautiful eyeletbow02
BVS beautiful flower03 ( add a drop shadow )
Add copyright if used a copyright tube
add name save as PNG or JPEG
