Supplies Needed:

Any version of psp, Animation shop,PSP plug in Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Constellation

Ok let Begin!!!
Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill whiteGo to new raster layer flood fill it with a paper of your choicei used Lilac kit paper 1
Open your Mask i supplied (Becky_Mask019) go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and
select your mask(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data un-checked)Then go to layers merge group.
Open the frame i suplied scallop Frame from Belle 2resize it by 80% smart size all layers un-checked
Click on your mask layer and resize to your likeingNow Click on your frame layer and add a new raster layerNow Click back on your frame layerTake your magic wand and click inside the midle of your frame go to section modify
expand by 3 copy and paste a tube of your choice, go to sections invert and hit
delete on your keyboard sections select nonemove your tube below your frame
Ok Now Copy and paste freebie heart frame and resize by 50%and place behind your tube you will need to erase the parts of the hearts that show
on your tube
Copy and Paste other ellements you would like i added a key rind and the heart framei also coloured my heart frame but thats optional
Add your name and copy right and save as jpeg
If you want to animate follow the rest of the tut below
Animationok click on you mask layer and duplicate it 3 timesclick on your bottom mask layer go effects Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Constellation with these settings
click on your 2nd mask layer add the same settings as above only hit the random seed buttonsame with your 3rd mask layer just hit the random seed button
Over on your layers x out 2 of your mask layers
right click on top of your image and select copy merged
Open up Animation shop and go to file and paste as a new imagego bk to psp x out that layer and un x out your mask layer 2 againright click on top of your image and select copy merged back toAnimation shop and go to file and paste after current framego bk to psp x out that layer and un x out your mask layer 3againright click on top of your image and select copy merged back toAnimation shop and go to file and paste after current frameright click on top of your image in Animation shop and select view Animation
Now u will see ur animated tag go to file save as and save it as a (gif)
