Ok let Begin!!!
Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill whitecopy and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer
Open your Mask (mask5_by_nb2007) go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your mask(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data checked)Then go to layers merge group. resize to likeing Ok Now copy and paste a frame of your choice as a new layer resize to your likeing ( I used the frame with 4 sections i cut the frame in 2 and added it below the left hand side)
Now when u have your frame in place take your magic wand click inside your frame/s Sections Modify Expand by 3
ok now copy and paste another paper of your choicesections invert hit delete on your keyboard and move that layer below your frame layer
Copy and paste tubes of your choice move these tube layers below your framed mask layersee my tag for refrence delete parts that u dont want to over lap over your frame
Ok Now Copy and paste ellements of your choiceAnd text of your choiceadd drop shadows to all of your choice
Add your name and copy right and save as jpeg
