Any version of psp

work and can purchase Here

Mask BEcky Mask 42 you can download it Here

Scrap kit used: Kissy Poo Made By Leigh @ Heart Felt Perfection its a pay kit so i cant supply it but it Can be found here

Ok let Begin!!!

Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill white

Open and copy and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer

Open your Mask (BEcky Mask 42) go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your mask
(Source Luminance checked and mask data un-checked)
Then go to layers merge group. resize to likeing and move into the Center of your canvas

open up a frame of your choice and copy paste place and resize to likeing

Click on your frame layer take your Magic wand tool and click inside your frame

still selected go to go to sections modify expand by 5
open another paper of your choice
copy and paste it on your tag go to sections invert and hit delete on your keyboard
sections select none
move this layer below your frame.

Chose a tube/Image of your choice copy and paste it as a new layer and move it
into place go to layers duplicate it move
one layer below your frame layer and have one layer above your frame

On your tube above your frame take your eraser and delete parts that you dont want over
lapping your frame see my tag for guidence

Ok Now Copy and paste ellements of your choice
i used
Kissypoo beads
KissyPoo gem butterfly
KissyPoo glit heart black
Kissypoo glitz
KissyPoo swirl2

Add your name and copy right save as jpeg
