Scrap kit used: Gothic Lover by Cha @ ChaDesignz it is a pay kit so i cant supply it but you can purchase it Here
Ok let Begin!!!
Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill white
copy and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer
Open your Mask go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your mask(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data un-checked)Then go to layers merge group.
Open up the fire image from your kit copy and paste it as a new layer
resize and possision in the Center of your canvas.
Copy and paste other Elements of your Choice i used
The small Candle
The Candle stands
The flower doodle
and the I love Black tag
Add your name and copy right and save as jpeg
if you wish to Animate follow below.......

Ok x out your tube and your name on your layers pallet to the right
go to layers and merge visable Now all your tag will be merged Exept your Name and the tube
you are useing.
go to edit copy merged
Open your tag in animation shop,Now open the animated fire i suplied as well
on the fire you will see it has 7 layers
click back on your tag and make that 7 layers by going to edit - copy
then edit - paste after current layer do this until you have 7 layers
Still On your tag go to edit - select all
ok Now click on the fire go to edit - select all
then edit - copy
Now click on your tag go to edit - select all
then edit - paste into current frame
place the fire where you want it
ok Now go back to PSP x out your merged background and un x your tube and Name
go to edit copy merged
Open animation shop,edit paste as a new animation
and make that 7 layers by going to edit - copy
then edit - paste after current layer do this until you have 7 layers
Now go to edit - select all then edit - copy
Now click on your tag where u added the fire go to edit - select all
then edit - paste into current frame
place the fire where you want it
thats it your done
Right click on yor tag and view animation
go to file and save as a gif
