Please if I can ask in your tags please do not design anything with my kits that are vulgar in nature, foul language or of pinups that are hardly dressed....as I am a evangelists wife and feel uncomfortable posting these type of things on my blog. Ok let Begin!!!
Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill whiteGo to new raster layer open my paper and paste it as a new layer
Open your Mask i supplied (decorativeq22) go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your mask(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data checked)Then go to layers merge group.move to where u want it
Open your Denim Casual Qp frameresize it by 60% smart size all layers checked copy and paste as a new layeropen the other mask (20 20)go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your mask(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data un-checked)Then go to layers merge group.Move it to where you want it mine wasnt completly in the center so i moved it a littlecopy and paste a tube of your choice resize to likeing and place it behind your frame layer and erase out parts that you dont want on thereDo the same with your 2nd tube
Copy and Paste a charm of your choice re-size by 50% paste an rotate to your likeingAdd your main tube re-size and add where u want it and add a drop shadow
Add your name and your copy right copy right save as a jpegIf you want to add the bling follow the rest of the tut below
AnimationOpen up the bling in Animation shop and open up your taglook how many layers the bling has it has 21 framesok click on your tag go to file copy file paste after currnet untill you have 21 frames ok now go to edit and select allclick on your bling go to edit select all and edit copyclick back on your tag go to edit paste into selected frame and place where u want it now right click on top of your image in Animation shop and select view AnimationNow u will see ur animated tag go to file save as and save it as a (gif)
