supply it but it Can be purchased here
Ok let Begin!!!
Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill white
Open and copy and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer the paper i used was Paper3
Open your Mask (LOVELETTERS22) go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your mask(Source Luminance checked and incer mask data un-checked)Then go to layers merge group.
Copy and Past the tube you are useing and place it to the right on the framed part
of the mask layer Lower the opacity on your tube to around 76 then add a drop shadow Ok Now Copy and paste ellements of your choicei used:
blue4u bling 1 and placed it begind my mask layer and erased parts of it
heartribbon1 resize 50% and placed it to the bottom of my tag
blue4u bead 1 resize 50% and placed it to the right of my frameblue4u clip 3 resize 50% and placed it to the left of my tag on the letters and rotated it to fit and add a drop shadows of your choice to all
Add your name and copy right save as jpeg
