Supplies Needed:
Any version of psp
Tubes of your choice

I'm using the wonderful art of Elias You must have a license to use his
work and can purchase Here

Mask mask Vdaymask4 i dont know who made but if you contact me i will give u proper credit
you can download that Here

Scrap kit used: is a PTU kit called - Butterflies For Tammy by Jillann @ Jillanns Creationsits a pay kit so i cant supply it but it Can be Found on her blog here

Ok let Begin!!!

Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill white

copy and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer the paper i used was JC_Paper4

Open your Mask go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your mask
(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data checked)
Then go to layers merge group. resize to likeing
Copy and paste JC_Doodle1 move to bottom duplicate it and flip it
add a drop shadow of choice
JC_CharmedBow1 resize move to your likeing
JC_GlitterDoodle1 place behind the heart mask
rotate/resize or duplicate to ur likeing i moved it
to the top right duplicated it mirrowed and fliped to the bottom left
take your erasor and erase the parts showing through your heart maks
Copy and paste a frame of your choice i used
JC_Frame3 resize

copy and paste tubes of your choice place them where you want it dupicate it and add one of the tube layers above your frame and one below
erase parts of the tube you dont want overlaping

Now add text or word art of your choice

Add your name and copy right and save as jpeg
