Ok let Begin!!!
Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill white
copy and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer the paper i used was SL_Showtime_Paper5
Open your Mask i supplied (PIT_mask_christmas07-vi) go to layer/New Mask Layer/From
Image and select your mask(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data un-checked)Then go to layers merge group.Ok Now open up the window i suplied resize it and paste as a new layer and place it
to your likeing go to layers new raster layerNow take your free hand selection tool (lasso)and draw out aroud your window when
all is selected go to sections modify expand by 3 and flood fill the selection with
black selections select None Now Move this layer below your frame You should Now have something like this
Ok Now Copy and paste ellements of your choice
Ok Now add your main tube you are useingPlace to your likeing then add a drop shadow to your tube
Add your name and copy right and save as jpeg

AnimationClick on your black section you made behind your window duplicate it twice so you
have 3 layers x out 2 of your black backgroundsok select the one you havent hiden go to sections select all sections flotego to plug ins add your snow plug in with these settings
select None do the same on the other 2 black layers just higher the randem speed buttonok make sure 2 of your black layers are hidden (xed out) go to file copy mergedopen up animation shop paste as a new image go back to psp x out that layer and open up black layer numeber2 copy merged back to
animation shop paste after curent framego back to psp x out that layer and open up black layer numeber3 copy merged back to
animation shop paste after curent frame change the frame properties to around 50 view animation save as a gifthanks for trying me tutorail
