Scrap kit used:

is a FTU kit called Sweet-Mar-Freebie and you can Download it HereOk let Begin!!!
Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill white
copy and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer the paper i used was Sweet-Mar_(4)
Open your Mask (WSL_Mask 84) go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your mask(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data un-checked)Then go to layers merge group. resize to likeinggo to properties and set the blend mode to Exclusion and lover the opacity to around 81 ok now copy and paste another paper of your choiceas a new layer i used Sweet-Mar_(2)Open your other Mask (SNFLORALCORNER2.MSK) go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your mask(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data un-checked)Then go to layers merge group. resize to likeinggo to properties and set the blend mode to screen take your change target tool and colour it to your likeing
Copy and paste tubes of your choice move these tube layers below your framed mask layersee my tag for refrencechange the properites to Lighten deleate parts that u dont want to over lap over
your frame
Ok Now Copy and paste ellements of your choicei added The rosebutterfly
Ok Now add your main tube you are useing then add a drop shadow to ur bottom tube
Add your name and copy right and save as jpeg
