Tube of your choice
Xenofex 2 > Constellation (if your animating)

Ok let Begin!!!
open a new image 500x500 flood fill it white
ok now add a frame of your choice as a new layer resize to your likeing
Copy and paste a tube of your choice
move the tube layers below your framed frame layer
Duplicate the tube and move one above your frame on the tube above deleate parts that u dont want to overlap your frame
(see my tag for guidence)
Ok Now Copy and paste ellements of your choice.
Add drop shadows of your choice
Add your name and copy right and save as jpeg

Click on Element of your choice i used the Diva Star
Duplicate twice so you have 3 layers rename mask1, mask2 and mask3
Activate mask1 and hide the other two
Effects > Plugins > Xenofex 2 > Constellation with the following settings:
Hide mask1 and activate mask2
Repeat Constellation , just hit the Random Seed button
Hide mask2 and activate mask3
Repeat Constellation just hit the Random Seed button
Activate mask1 and hide the other two again
Edit > Copy Merged Open Animation Shop
Edit > Paste as New Animation Back to PSP
Hide mask1 and activate mask2
Edit > Copy Merged In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame
Back to PSP
Hide mask2 and activate mask3
Edit > Copy Merged
In Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame
Now save as a GIF and you're done!
