Mask of Choice
The mask I used is called vix mask 309

Ok let Begin!!!
open a new image 500x500 flood fill it white
copy and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer
Open your Mask go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image
and select your mask(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data un-checked)
Go to layers and merge group
open your template
JB Template 11
make the outside frame of your template active
copy and paste a paper of your choice
make the outside frame of your template active again
go to select/ select all
select/flote
select invert
make your paper layer active
and hit delete on your keyboard
now delete the template part of the frame so it doesnt
show the black line around yours
follow the above steps for the rest of your template you
wish to be coloured
i coloured the circle and the frame around the rectangle
I also replaced the grey inside the frame with a paper
and removed the stars
(see mine above for guidance)
Ok Now Copy and paste ellements of your choice
Add drop shadows to ellements of your choice
go to image resize all by 500 x 341
Ok Now Copy and paste a tube of your choice
go to layers merge visble
add a new raster layer flood fill it white
move to the bottom of your tag
copy and paste your mask layer
also move to the bottom of your tag
Add your name and copy right and save as jpeg
