No Scrap Kit Needed
Plug in - Xenofex 2

Ok let Begin!!!
Open template x out the blog link
click on the rectangles flood fill with a colours of ur choice

Click on the star outline layer and flood fill with a colour of your choice
add a tube of your choice Duplicate it
click on the white star
select / select all / flote
click on your tube layer above your floteing layer
promote the selection of that tube to layer
delete the tube layer
On your top full tube layer erase parts overlaping the botom of your star
(See my tag for reference )

Ok now Click on star outline layer
Xenofex 2 - Constellation with these settings



Click on you middle rectangle
Xenofex 2 - Shatter with these settings


Repeate the same on the other midlle rectangle

Click on the out line of the word art go to adgust
Blur/gassuan blur By 7.00 radius
Merge visible
Resize and Copy

Open a new image 600 x 600 flood fill white

Place centrally to the canvas

Add copyright if used a copyright tube
add name save as PNG or JPEG
