Supplies Needed:
Any version of psp

Scrapkit- This Wonderful kit is called Some Bunny luvs u By Cindy @ scrappin with lilole me
its a pay kit so i cant supply it but it Can be found here

Ok let Begin!!!
Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill white

copy and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer
Open your Mask go to layer/New Mask Layer/From Image and select your mask(Source Luminance checked and invert mask data checked)

Then go to layers merge group.
resize to your likeing or leave as it is

copy and paste a frame of your choice as a new layer
Place where you would like it i placed mine in the centre

take your Magic wand and select the center of your frame go sections/modify/ feather by 3 copy and paste a paper of your choice
sections/invert hit delete on your keyboard.

Copy and paste a tube of your choice
move the tube layers below your framed frame layer
Duplicate the tube and move one above your frame on the tube above deleate parts that u dont want to overlap your frame

Ok Now Copy and paste ellements of your choice

add a drop shadow of your choice
Add your name and copy right and save as jpeg
